In the case of commissioned illustrations, I (Jam) retain rights to my artwork , & client to their character(s) & intellectual property. If the client wishes to purchase rights to the artwork, please contact regarding this. Designs bought by a client (either through custom design commission or by buying a premade design) are owned by the client & can be resold/redesigned/changed as the new owner wishes a long as it does not conflict with any other portion of this TOS.
I do not allow any work I have made to be used as an NFT/in any kind of cryptocurrency blockchain, you may not mint commissions as an NFT. You may not use my artwork, commissioned or otherwise, as a dataset for AI.Work created by the artist may be posted on social media / portfolio sites by the artist unless the client requests otherwise. Clients have full permission to upload the work commissioned on any of their own sites/repost it unless it conflicts with other portions of the TOS. If client uploads a repost of the commissioned work they must provide credit in some manner to the artist.
Clients may not use commissioned work for manufacturing / commercial work without writing a contract with the artist & working out terms specifically for that project. Please contact the artist if interested in commercial projects with them.Artist does not draw nsfw/pornography unless otherwise specified, will draw erotic themes / nudity.
Artist retains the right to deny any inquiries for work for any reason.Payments may be sent through paypal (invoicing preferred) or venmo. If shipping is involved in commission (through traditional work/prints/etc) pricing may be adjusted to account for this. Payment plans can be discussed for works exceeding 500$ in price.All articles of this Terms of Service Agreement are applicable unless specifically outlined within the final written agreement between Client and Artist
